I’m particularly angry that for some reason, returns aren’t available on this product.
This time around only the "Mealworm and Insect" were available through Amazon, one other variety was on offer through a third-party seller at a hiked price.
So out they went across the feeders and after 3 weeks they've barely been touched. The only wildlife that seem interested are the squirrels. We happened to find the Berry and Bugs variety available again so ordered some more of them. It's plain to see what the birds like, we've had to replace those blocks whilst the lingering mealworm and insect blocks still sit there barely touched.

Will be looking for a replacement product
The birds have not gone near the block, not even the starlings.
The other ten blocks arrived as advertised and the quality is good.
Do not understand why I ended up with a ten pack of useless suet blocks.
My feeder is the the type that takes a large cylinder on a plastic or wire base and stick. Two of these can be put in the holder instead.
The packaging is very convenient for storage as each block is individually wrapped in cellophane.
If I snip one end and ease the cellophane off the block slightly I can rush out in the rain and/or cold and place the block in the holder without getting yucky greasy fingers. A small point but the brand I used to use was coveted in thick plastic with one of those rip down tabs. The tabs never unzipped correctly and I ended up having to snip and peel off the plastic off bit by bit ending up with greasy scissors, greasy hands, greasy plastic everywhere, and in a bad temper.
I have ordered one of the boxes of fruit flavour next to see what my gourmet birds think of it.
