Customer reviews
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

First impression was that the cover was really thin.
Reading through the book is an unending narrative of stupid questions being asked by the bumbling student and then being answered with responses that are patronising in their conversational simplicity.
Half the content is long winded questions that you’d never ask.
No one on the course understands the CPCAB criteria. Not addressed in this book.
We have an assignment every term. Nothing academic to reference for those.
We have to do a transcript and dvd recording to do. No help with those.
It’s a book for those who slept through level 2 and 3 with a very low opinion of the integrity of the profession.
Some of the inserted tables put some info into a neat context.
However, it answers most, but not all of my questions and i would like one that helped me to understand the criteria, because frankly its written in a way to be deliberately misleading, and if it wasnt for my tutor providing clear and consise explanations about what it means, we would all be none the wiser.
Another thing it doesnt address is the research essays, writing transcripts, the oral part of the L4 exam and the fact that you have to get the contract down to 7 minutes. Quite tricky when you are expected to involve the client into a conversation about the contract. I dont have time to answer a million questions when i have to get my explanations down to 7 minutes.
I do feel that a few chapters answering all the CPCAB criteria for Level 4 would take this book to 5 stars.
