You think you are buying 4000mg tablets when in fact they are half that at 2000mg. They state, in small print, that it is 4000mg per serving, which is two tablets, so these tablets will last for 45 days and not 90 and are half the value for money that they appear to be. Don't fall for it as I did.

Milk thistle is, apparently, good for your liver. Not that the packaging on these tablets says anything like that but you do not have to look far on the internet to read all sorts of claims about the re-generative properties of this ancient herbal potion. I am not sure whether I believe it or not but I figure that it cannot do any harm. These tablets come in a little plastic bag that look more like Fisherman's Friends cough sweets than anything medicinal. And while the brand name "Nutrition Geeks" does not give me too much confidence that this product has been formulated in a pharmaceutical laboratory and been subject to stringent regulatory testing , it gives me a spring to my step and maybe, just maybe, it might be doing my liver bit of good too.

Love that they come in pouches that fit through the letter box and that they are small tablets which are easy to swallow. Its really important to me as I'm taking a few supplements for different things. They have also been really good for my indigestion. Great product, got told about milk thistle a while back but was skeptical about taking tablets. These tablets were so much better than another brand I tried! I previously tried one pack of the Health-Aid Milk Thistle Complex which were really smelly and the tablets were much bigger - they did have other things in them but these were so much easier to take and didn't smell gross!

Neutral smell / taste, easy enough to swallow. I take 1 a day in the morning everyday and 1 or 2 more on the weekends before bed when I'm drinking alcohol and they seem to be doing the trick, I normally don't sleep well after drinking alcohol and wake up feeling aweful. Since taking these I wake up fresh the next morning.

I've used milk thistle before and know what it does but I like the way this comes in a packet rather than a bottle and lid, easy to store and the tablet size is good and small. Price is great and I'd consider buying more from this seller purely for the packaging which is brilliant.
