It is difficult to provide a truly meaningful review of this product. Strictly speaking, a consumer should want details about effectiveness and value. These simply cannot be provided without blood test results before and after and possibly some sort of clinical assessment.
What I can say is that a whole year's supply for the price seems very good in the market place. True value depends on efficacy. I can also confirm that the packaging is excellent, as it should be. It will certainly last the year out and keep the product dry and in usable condition.
The tablets are very small so are very easy to swallow with some water, but do be careful not to drop it or let it get stuck in any tablet holder you may use (a pill container for example). They are so easily swallowed, I have never tasted them at all.
I take the K2 supplement for calcium management, to help ensure calcium deposits in my bones and teeth and not my artery walls and other soft tissue. I have to rely on the manufacturer to ensure that what is supposed to be in each tablet is indeed actually there. I have no reason to doubt this, so am quite happy with the product.
