I bought this display case for a Baseball that was given to me by a friend back when I must have been about 10ish, so it's probably the oldest thing I own. I've had it sitting loose in various places over the years and decided to get a case for it to protect it and also to display it properly. This case is just the ticket, the case comes protected with a covering on each side of the pieces that make the case up to stop them getting scratched, which you peel off then put together by slotting them in the base and then putting the lid on keeps them all together. The wooden base has an indent in it for the ball to sit in (Baseball, cricket ball, tennis ball size etc.).
I'm very pleased with the case and highly recommend it to anyone wanting something affordable and suitable for displaying something of this size.
