This Samsung 64GB EvoPlus shows approximately 64billion bytes usable [I will not get into Gibibytes vs Gigabytes] when formatted as NTFS on my Windows10 i3 PC.

h2testw v1.4 gave 61,026 of 61,117 MByte tested okay. Average write speed 32.4 MB/s; read 82.5 MB/s
{31+ minutes to fill up & 12+ minutes to verify}
CrystalDiskMark results shown too.

The write speed is about half that of the a2u3 128GB EvoPlus card [usually less than twice the price but double capacity] although its read speed was 80.0 [slightly slower] - tested in same adapter and usb3 port.
