As I am currently a beginner, these blocks have been a fantastic support in my practice to allow me to better achieve some positions. The strap has also been really helpful in the areas where my shoulder mobility restricts me. I love the colour of the blocks and so far they are holding up well to regular use. Great value for money and the storage bag is great for when I go to in person classes as I can pack it all up and go!

First time I’ve ever purchased yoga blocks even though I’ve been practising yoga for a little under a year now (I’ve just been using pillows lol). Really glad I brought these as they feel really sturdy and clearly it’s great FML. Doing Matsyasana (fish pose) with the blocks feels incredible!
