After only two months this has split and I wouldn’t be happy for baby to use now. I can’t find anyway to contact the seller for a refund or a replacement. I’m extremely unhappy this has broken so quickly.

My little one absolutely loved her Sophie and we gifted many to friends and family, so it was no brainier as what to get for our friends baby! Unfortunately the box it arrived in was absolutely awful! It looked like it was taken out of recycling bin and reused! There is no way we can use it as a gift and amazon is being slow dealing with it, which is not helpful.. Let me add that I’m talking about the inner box, so Sophie’s original box and not the package it travelled in, so can’t see it being a transport/courier’s fault - this must have left the amazon warehouse in such poor condition..
