My teeth are in great condition for my age and I take pride in cleaning them, however i do drink black tea and red wine and neither are great for white teeth, so I do like to use teeth whitener from time to time. Previously I have been using the stuff you syringe onto a mouth piece that you then pop in your mouth for 10 minutes with a led light turned on the mouth piece , so when I saw these come up for review I was eager to give these a go too.Pleasantly surprised actually and I would actually prefer to use these than the mouth piece led light option for a few reasons.+ I think these stickers give a much better coverage front and back than when you use a mouth piece+ They adhere very well, just line up to where the teeth meet the gum - dont overlap the gum, fold the excess sticker under and round the back of your teeth.+ I wouldnt want to open the door for a parcel with the led mouthpiece in my mouth but noone would know if you had these stuck onto your teeth if you got a delivery come whilst doing the process (somehow this keeps happening to me)+ covers 10 teeth across the top and 8 teeth across the bottom, longer one is for the top teethThese are easy to pull off after the 30 minutes but they do leave a rather sticky residue on your teeth which I then clean my teeth to remove it all.I used these 2 mornings in a row and could really notice a difference, it does say it can leave white fleck/spots on your teeth which will disappear and both times I could see whiter fleck patches on my teeth but they do vanish later that day.Does not leave my teeth feeling sensitive so that's a great bonus as I do have sensitive teeth.I will definitely be using these in future and will be recommending them to my mum, sisters and girlfriends

Pleasantly surprised actually and I would actually prefer to use these than the mouth piece led light option for a few reasons.
+ I think these stickers give a much better coverage front and back than when you use a mouth piece
+ They adhere very well, just line up to where the teeth meet the gum - dont overlap the gum, fold the excess sticker under and round the back of your teeth.
+ I wouldnt want to open the door for a parcel with the led mouthpiece in my mouth but noone would know if you had these stuck onto your teeth if you got a delivery come whilst doing the process (somehow this keeps happening to me)

The pack contains 14 sets of strips (1 set for upper and lower teeth) and a whiteness guide.
These strips are very easy to use. Give your teeth a clean 1st as part of your ussual routine. It's a good idea to wait a little while after brushing before applying these as these type of strips can be a bit aggressive if you apply immediately after brushing.just peel the strip off the backing and align with the gum edge then press the tape against your teeth and over the middle. There's lots of gel so it's a good idea to press the tape into the nooks and gaps of your teetg to make the most of it. You then leave it on for 30 mins then remove and rinse.
It does make an immediate difference in terms of whiteness, but for best effects you should do atleast 1 set a day and avoid anything that will darken the teeth e.g. Coffee, red wine, smoking.
In an ideal world i would have pearly sparkling white teeth but realistically i drink coffee so it's a balancing act.
Good strips but they will require regular use to get really white and ditching food that stains your teeth.
