As per the headline, this product is not by Thera Pearl. I bought it as a replacement for one I already had and it is completely different and if feels very cheap and doesn't work that well (see photo for the difference). Amazon should not allow these fakes to be sold - especially from themselves directly (let alone a market trader)

Helps to calm down my puffy morning eyes

I sometimes get puffy eyes in the morning, and it takes a few hours to reduce the swell. My doctor recommended me to ice pack my eyes in the mornings - but, the normal icepacks are just too bulky to put on the face.

This Eye Mask fits perfectly on my eye, and it is not too heavy for me to feel any discomfort. I use them almost every morning at about 5-10 mins, and it significantly reduces the swell!

I only put them in the fridge, would not recommend to put them in the freezer ( It could be too cold for the eyelids).

be warned, if you accidently press the wrong button on the microwave and run it for longer than the suggested time, it will explode!

Just the right size for my head, using it for migraines and fever and the summer to keep cool, difficult to find a cool pack just the right size for my forehead. Purchased other brands, but did not have handy strap and not malleable which led to not being able to do jobs around the house at the same time and lack of contact with skin where needed. With the handy nose notch, can definitely slide it down when my eyes hurt as well. Stays cold for about 1 hour after freezing, made a fabric sleeve to go over it so it isn't too cold which isn't always used especially when head is too hot, have purchased two more to refresh.

This mask is great. I usually use this cold and keep in the freezer at all times and have another mask which I use for heat. It stays hot/cold for long enough, and moulds well to the eye contours. only thing is out of the freezer I have to wait a while before putting it on as I can't handle something that cold on my eyes, but that's probably just a personal thing

this has greatly helped my dry eyes. especially great when you have tired sore eyes at the end of the day, you can leave it in the fridge during the day and it instantly cools your eyes. love it and is space saving to so you can take it with you. I have to heat it up a bit longer then what it states in the instructions otherwise the heat is not enough to open the tear ducts but it may depend on the wattage of your microwave. great product.

Too tight. Presses on the eyes with elastic on. Had to take it off. My head is not that big, I wear petite range glasses! The video link that teaches using this product for the treatment of dry eye conditions, states to keep it on for a minimum of 10 mins to be useful, but this doesn't keep warm enough for long enough. I think that it could be more useful as a cold compress though......it's other purpose.
