I waited for a while to get this game. I wasn't too sold on the demo and 65 quid is a lot to pay if not sure.
Once the price got a bit lower I went for it and have been very pleased with the game. The early game has something of the feel of Resi 4 about it, with some of the gory body horror of Resi 7. Later on it gets more action oriented as these games tend to but it's still very good.
You play as Ethan Winters again. This time you see your wife killed and your child stolen in front of you, only to find yourself lost in a weird remote rural European village... from there the fun starts as you begin to encounter the beats that have taken over and the evil lords behind them.
It's all a lot of fun. Easy recommend if you enjoy Resi and continues the high quality of the last instalment. Resi has definitely found its soul again.

I really hope I’m wrong but this game looks like a fake copy I go the return from Amazon and decided to investigate so I removed the cover to find another cover under which is genuine so I was wrong
