I’ve been suffering with hypersensitivity on one of my teeth from cold, hot and sweet foods. After a trip to the dentist, they ended up making it worse by removing a bunch of my tooth enamel & botched a filling causing me even more pain. During this ordeal they prescribed me with some high-fluoride toothpaste which after months of using wasn’t helping at all.Using the Regenerate Hypersensitivity Toothpaste daily has seriously helped reduce the intense agony I was experiencing and has made the pain a lot more manageable. I use the toothpaste as you normally would, though afterwards I massage a small amount of the Regenerate Toothpaste into the afflicted tooth every night to help strengthen it. Within about a week of use I noticed the pain wasn’t as sharp anymore, and after another week it has continued to reduce significantly.Key factors/tips to note: Do not brush hard as this will wear away your enamel, use a soft bristle toothbrush to prevent damage to your gums and cause gum recession (I’ve reviewed the Regenerate Toothbrush which has extremely soft bristles), brush twice a day for 2 minutes with good technique, do not rinse your mouth out with after brushing as this washes away all of the minerals, allow the minerals to have contact with your teeth for as long as possible.Overall, this hypersensitivity toothpaste has absolutely helped me with my tooth pain woes and made it way more manageable. It has a great minty flavour and a pearlescent colour. I’d highly recommend giving this toothpaste a try if you’re suffering from hypersensitivity.
