All stage swivel baby car seat

This is multi-stage 360 swivel baby car seat suitable for newborn and children. Easy to secure the seat by using ISOFIX or optional 3 point seat belt, it also has a top tether strap as a third anchor point for better connection. The seat has an integral harness for use with smaller children with five attachment points: two at the shoulder, two at the hips, and one between the legs, ensuring your child remains securely in the seat. The seat is good quality. It fits easily. If you want a reasonably priced comfortable seat, this will do. BUT and it is a big BUT; I bought it because I wanted a swivel-seat so that I could put the grandkids in/out easily. However, once the seat is attached to the car - by belt or isofix and rear restraint, it wont swivel. What idiot designed this? The suppliers tell me that all top fix models like theirs wont turn when attached. Un-fix the seat and you can swivel it. Alternatively, leave the kids to pirouette in the car park and drive off. Amazon has to stop selling products without proper explanation. They have to show accountability just like Facebook.

360 spin not an option in my car

This seat has a top tether (seat belt) that needs to be attached to the back of the seat that it's fitted to, I drive a qashqai the connection point for the tether is pretty low behind the seat meaning I have to open the boot and get to the seat this way, to secure the car seat, once the tether is attached the 360 spin no longer works, so basically if I want to use it I'd have to strap the car seat back in via the boot with every use, it's way to much effort and time consuming for a feature that's supposed to make things easier, so I purposely purchased a 360 spin car seat that can not be used in this way it's a big disappointment, if I were to buy again I would definitely get one that has an anchor support leg instead of a top tether and wish I'd known about this before buying
The style, comfort and security of the chair seem up to scratch and my little is happy with it

Bought this seat for my BMW 3 series to use when transporting my granddaughter. She is 17 months old and so want to use in the forward facing position. The attraction for buying this particular seat was the swivel feature and recline feature. Because you need to use the isofix and the tether system to make it safe the seat DOES NOT swivel (one of the reasons I bought it), it also DOES NOT recline AT ALL in my car! Advertised at £130 down from £200 , I thought this was a bargain…… obviously I was wrong, there’s clearly a reason why it was reduced! Doesn’t do what it advertises and in my opinion there has been some artistic licence with the advertising or even mis selling!
The seat does look comfortable though, I am yet to try it with granddaughter in it and am contemplating returning it, might as well have bought a cheaper one that is just bog standard as that is all I will be able to do with this one……. Bog standard use! Be warned!!!

Why have a car seat that is supposed to be 360, but once it's installed correctly you can't swivel it. The installation is supposed to be done once and then you can pop your child in and out for each journey. Instead we've spent a half hour second and triple guessing ourselves as to whether this car seat is installed correctly because it DOES NOT WORK. We have health issues and the swivel was supposed to ensure that we don't break our backs trying to get our toddler into the seat.
So disappointed with every 5 star review this was given. We paid extra for a swivelling seat and now we have to somehow send it back (lucky us we recycled the box).

After loads of research I’ve actually bought three of these now, one for my car, one for the partners car and one for Nannas car - easy to install, suitable for all stages as it comes with loads of padding which can be taken out as the baby gets bigger. It reclines and swivels so can be rear facing or forward facing. Would highly recommend this one

DOES NOT SWIVEL when installed safely

Watch the product video from the 39 second mark. The actor swivels the chair easily - note the top tether is not attached - then suddenly it is in the next shot. To swivel the chair you need to UNHOOK IT FROM INSIDE THE BOOT and REHOOK IT WHEN YOU'RE DONE. The seller knows this and has gone to lengths to make sure it isn't obvious to you.
Also, note that none of the product images has the top tether in them; it's been edited out, or the picture has been taken to mask it.

The product description says you can swivel the seat to get a child in easily ("Easy to rotate the seat to the open door for easy placement of the child." / "Easy to secure the seat by using ISOFIX or optional 3 point seat belt, it also has a top tether strap as a third anchor point FOR BETTER CONNECTION"), but the instructions that come with the seat insist that you secure the seat with a seatbelt (which stops it from swivelling) or with isofix + anchor (which stops it from swivelling).

We're sending ours back and getting one with a leg support instead because they can swivel. I'd suggest you do the same.
