Understand the challenges your business is facing
Reimagine creative, new approaches and processes
Model and Test these within your organisation
Act and Create based on contemporary, data-led feedback
Whether you're working in a small team or running a multinational, this is the time to make lasting change and equip your business for the future. This book is different – it outlines the opportunity we have to reimagine and redesign the way we work, how businesses can get the most out of their staff, and how those staff can be energised, productive and happy wherever they are. It’s set this out very practically, so that you can take the ideas explored here and quickly apply them to your own organisation. And there are plenty of real world example along the way, so it never drifts too far into theory.
It’s also straight to the point, simply written and not too long – which is sensible given the people who are making decisions about the future of work are normally pretty busy!
So if you are involved in what the future of work looks like for your business, or are just interested in how the post-pandemic world of work will evolve, this is an excellent read.
It draws so many of the diverse threads together into a comprehensive narrative and approach on a topic which continues to evolve before our very eyes.
The book also taps into other highly respected thought leaders on this subject, thereby providing a range of different perspectives as we navigate this new future landscape of work.
So much falls into the “so what” bracket.
What a relief to come across an exception of the very few “must read books”, which accurately foretells our future and helps us to re-plan our lives.
However, followers of Lynda Gratton will not be surprised by her continuing excellence.
Gratton delivers deep insight, relateable case studies and examples and a useable framework to make sense of what leaders at all levels need to start thinking about in order to satisfy today's employee demands.
