I have damaged discs in my lower spine and nerve damage down my right leg I was recently discharged from the hospital and recommended to try acupuncture or other alternative therapies, however being that we are in lockdown due to COVID it's not easy to get this kind of treatment so I thought id give this a try. I have only used it once so far my pain levels were about 7/10 at the time and I had been freezing cold all day nothing could heat me up, so I lay on it the first 3-5 minutes were uncomfortable especially already being in a lot of pain but I just put on some music and tried to focus on that, I lay on it for 20 minutes afterwards id say my pain dropped to 4/10 and within a few minutes my body started to warm up so I guess it helps with blood circulation?
I will continue to use this product until such time as i feel it no longer works, Lets hope that doesn't happen though :)
