You get 200 capsules , take 2 a day for 3 months supply of good quality Montgomery cherry and black cherry, the amount of cherry per capsule is really high too , over 3000mg of cherry per two capsules the highest amount I've come across so far, especially for the price.
I was diagnosed with chronic gout and have suffered the agony of gout flares for years now , I take Montgomery cherry supplements every day now as it is proven to lower uric acid levels slowly and is also a natural anti inflammatory and may also help with anxiety and sleep problems.
I'm very pleased with these capsules , they are really good value and easy to swallow, I'll definitely be purchasing more when i run out, if you suffer from gout then check these out.
