From the day you receive your product, if you accidentally damage it or it fails, make sure that you have the necessary cover to avoid expensive repairs not covered by your manufacturer guarantee. If the product guarantee provided by the manufacturer is longer than one year, purchasing this insurance may duplicate breakdown cover that you are already entitled to receive from the manufacturer. Please check the duration and terms of the manufacturer guarantee before purchasing.
Accidental damage covered
We will cover you against the cost of repairing or replacing your product should it suffer accidental damage (such as drops, knocks and spills). See "Replacement product" below for further details.
From the end of your product's first year manufacturer guarantee, we will cover you against the cost of repairing or replacing your product in the event of a mechanical or electrical breakdown. See "Replacement product" below for further details.

Claiming is simple
- For large products, a technician will call at your home to repair your product.
- For small products, convenient delivery to and from our repairer is included.
After a third successful repair in any rolling 12-month period your policy will end.
No extra costs - No excess - No fee
There are no nasty surprises with us.
There is nothing extra to pay, including no excess or fees for any repairs or replacements provided under this policy.
Replacement and cover abroad
If we are unable to repair your product, or a repair is uneconomical, you can choose between a suitable replacement product or an Amazon Gift Card to the value of a replacement product.
After we have replaced your product or sent you a gift card your policy will end.
Cover whilst abroad
We will cover your product when travelling or holidaying outside of the UK for a manufacturer approved repair or we can replace/repair your product upon your return home.
Please note that authorisation is required from us, either by phone or e-mail, before you get your product repaired.
Cancel at any time
Receive a full refund if you cancel within 45 days provided no successful claim has been made.
If you cancel after this, a proportional refund will be made depending on the length of any remaining term. Any costs associated with settling any claim(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event you cancel your product order prior to dispatch and Amazon advise us of this, we will automatically cancel this policy, initiate a full refund and email you confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow the cancellation process as detailed in the Terms and Conditions (see link at top of page).
Your policy documentation will be e-mailed to you within 24-hours of purchase. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.

THIS COMPANY IS GIVING TOO MANY DISCOUNTS. THIS IS NOT SUSTAINABLE IN ANY WAY. People are too selfish and not caring about maintenance or correct use or are very careless and damage yet balme that it is faulty.
Just post for a company to accept warranty request and to investigate why damage happened costs more than the asking price. Not all buyers are claiming warranty, but with 3 year warranty and so bad quality of things and complexity in repairs makes a lot of problems into the future. Repairing is often extremely difficult or very expensive or not repairable at all. To issue a new same item or full sum of original payment after even 1 year of use is too much to provide. People should not even expect that. Too big entitlement expectations of some sort within way too many people. Population is changing, but to do business in such a way is dangerous and time-limited, and then what? People buy all kinds of junk without investing their time into research the items, save money to buy more junk, expect and buy long warranties, and then want either fully working item back with new parts and posted to home or money back, what is a big craziness or worse. That is getting to a crime context because the whole world is falling apart because of more and more of junk, more and more of waste, more and more of polution, more and more demands and more and more of carelessness in use and maintenance and repairs and disposal. Those are their own duties! Simple! Foolishness cannot be tolerated. Sorry for an inconvenient truth, but truth is truth. I am very well educated and aware about what and where is going on.
Idiotic people must be reported maybe even to police or at least to therapy. Criminal attempts must be investigated. Terroristic threats from people must be brought probably to a court case. Customer services can start hiring investigators or customer complaints. Too many are very cheeky and unfair or criminal when considering what they are paying for goods and what they are getting when being so selfish yet disrespectful and too often too ignorant about the wellness of the whole world and how it works as a system which must become more and more sustainble, but they do not even bother to start caring. So, why insurance companies should care about that? Too much of goodness or even charitable work is bad. People must start changing for the better and do less of selfishness and less of crimes.
Too many not care about education, life, nature, science, industries, health, wellness, technologies, ecology, animals, sustainability, politics, systems of law and justice and humanitarianism or other matters.
IF PEOPLE ARE FALSELY TRYING TO CLAIM WARRANTY OR DAMAGING THEIR THINGS OR GOODS TOO OFTEN, THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED AND INVESTIGATED AND STOPPED FROM DOING MORE HARM. PLEASE START INVESTIGATIONS AND REPORTINGS TO JUSTICE AUTHORITIES. THANK YOU WITH RESPECT.
