Apart from their awesome customer service ( many thanks to Nicoletta), this stuff actually works! Been waiting for 3 weeks to review it.
As you can see in the pic, my baby had a flat spot as he kept on sleeping on a side. That diminished a lot!
Obviously, the pillow won't do miracles without the parents help. I still had to do loads of training and be mindful when he sleeps.

This pillow didn’t work after a month of use with my three month old..in fact it made his flat head worse! I suspect it only works to prevent a flat head and on those who have it flat on one side only. My son already had a completely flat head at the back and this pillow didn’t help to round it. The dip in the pillow left an indent in the back of his head. Be careful when you use this product on a baby’s soft skull.

I bought this pillow as my 5 month old baby has a flat head on his left side. Prior to using this pillow he would ALWAYS turn his head to the left when sleeping. I'd try to turn his head right but he'd always turn left again. BUT since using this pillow he now sleeps with his head facing right, straight up or left.. he doesn't have a preference anymore. I only wish I had bought this pillow sooner as I'm sure it would've stopped my baby from getting a flat head in the first place.

Amazing pillows both the small and maxi version, the small one you can literally use it everywhere from car seat to pram or crib and the maxi one is best for cot. Been using it for a week now and i can see a lot of improvement, but you have to be mindful of the babys head position the pillow distributes the weight perfectly even but you have to rotate the head position to the non flat one as often as possible. Had some issues with amazon but they deliver a great customer care, Nicoletta is very lovely and always helpful. I tried to post photos but for some reason it gives me an error. Anyway i deff reccomend it

My 9mth son absolutely hates this. He only has a small flat spot that health professionals are happy will sort itself but I wanted to help him more... waste of time and money in my case.
(Also The instructions say to place nape in centre of hole when what they surely mean is back of skull in hole as that's what the picture depicts ((the nape is the neck)) based on that and my sons reactions to it I won't be using it anywhere near as much as I'd planned to. I've paid over 20pounds to listen to my son wail to be honest.
He wriggles it away to the side so I fail to see how it will help
I won't use it in his cot. Nor do I want to waste more money on the larger.

Our newborn baby was sleeping on the left side all the time and was affecting the shape of his head.
After 3-4 times of use, he starting sleeping on the other side as well and the middle and his head shape improved so much! So fast results!!

Great pillow made with high quality materials. It has improved my son's flat head at the back which wasn't major anyways but wanted to make sure it wouldn't get worse and this pillow definitely helps. It fits my baby's head perfectly and he enjoys lying on it especially when he's watching his mobile which is attached to the crib. He can turn his head without any problems to get to his comfy position. I like the fact that it comes with 2 covers in case i need to wash one of them. It is nice, soft and breathable meaning my sons head will not be sweating.

Good support for flat head syndrome

The product is great as it takes the pressure off his skull where relief is needed the most. Despite tummy time and sitting up, his head is still the same. We've not had it long, so I'm terms of results, on my time will tell. I don't let him use it overnight. Only during the day, whilst I am awake and supervising him. The pillow is small and I'm not sure how much longer he will get out of it (5 months old) I didn't get the large as I thought the size was too big and thus the risk for potential suffocation, should he roll over, would be higher. I can't compare to other products as this is the first we have bought but on perusal, this seemed the most cost effective, yet comfortable for our baby.
