The ball seems well made, it doesn't feel like it's made of rock, like some other stress balls do, which is good. It bounced off the wall well, which further leads me to believe it's well made. However it has a funny smell, which is a tad annoying but far from the end of the world. The stress ball was smaller than expected upon arrival and if you have large hands, it may be too small for you, it fit my palm perfectly though, so no complaints here.

This is a small ball about the size of a small tangerine. It’s perfect for ladies hands. I broke/dislocated my finger whilst walking my dog and needed gentle physio to keep my finger moving/bending and this little ball is a perfect size, any bigger, I would not have been able to curl my fingers right round it.

It does serve a purpose for hand eye coordination though, as i throw it against the wall and catch it. I think you would have to have pretty small hands for this to be of use

I suppose it had to happen some day...this is the worst product I have bought on Amazon in two decades. I did go by the other reviews and thought it will be a good foam ball. From what I received, it is something that should be sold for 10p rather than £2.

It is smaller than expected....I wish a size was included in the description. It offers little resistance and has a seam running around it. Please do not buy this and get something else.

Purchased as an aid for a family member who has had a stroke. This is soft enough that it works with very gentle pressure in the hand and allows for movement back and forth of the fingers. I also purchased a similar item that is made of harder sponge and they struggle with that one currently, so this is ideal for initial physio assistance.

It feels light but well made. No issues so far and how to get some good use out of it.

I’ve had stress/exercise balls before so I assumed these would be similar but was I wrong. Very small in size that should definitely be taken into consideration and quite tough… hard texture and just seemed like it definitely wasn’t for physio. They’re small so it’s hard to grasp it in your palm and just very uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

Sadly these soft foam balls are far too small to be of any use for exercising my average size arthritic hands.
I was replacing some old old ones with what I thought we’re roughly the same size. Disappointed
that there was no size given in the advert, only photos which obviously are taken with someone with very small hands.
