Ordered 2 packs of these from a reseller. Both arrived not properly sealed which drew attention to packaging quality. On inspection of the brush heads they looked ok but the quality was just not what I expected and I suspected they were fake. Went to boots and purchased the same pack. While the maker of the Amazon items has gone to great lengths to make them the same look, they are clearly fake when you compare them to real ones, the printing on the packaging is not as crisp, the plastic parts on the heads don’t fit together perfectly, the printing on the heads is not as clear and slightly wonky, the sonicare logo misses the smeared dot on the “i”, the bristles are in the right configuration but are less dense especially on the green area and finally there is no chip on the bottom of the brush head to track replacements. I’ve requested a refund and the seller said they would do this but I can’t find how to report this to Amazon as fake.
