My cats absolutely love it and it's been in use since day one.
I've deducted just one star because the platform below the bed, no matter which way it's attached, is a little bit small in width and so isn't the easiest thing for them to use, but it's not caused any significant issues so overall I'd say it's well worth the price and good quality for the price.

We've had to adapt it by removing the trays and one pole. It's just not something that can be held together by an Allen key at each level; its too heavy and unsteady, needs to be much more sturdy.

Ordered this for our 6 year old cat, sections held together by screws tightened with Allen key. Within a week the top (bed part) was seen leaning to one side. The bottom screw can't take the weight of the two steps and poles along with the basket. We tried to tighten this but eventually the whole thing collapsed. I needed something upstairs to get my cat away from scratching my carpet stairs. The post on this has done the trick. As you can see, Blossom has plenty of room. She didn't think much of the pillow and knocked it on the floor. She's a bit funny with fluffy stuff.

I also think it looks really nice and good quality! Very easy to assemble. I chose to screw the legs in the way that the grey vertical stripe is at the back as I just prefer it that way , but you could just turn them a bit more so it’s like the sellers photos. Personal choice . I’d highly recommend this!

It’s fantastic! My cat is 12 years old and quite heavy so all smaller type posts would just fall over or he wouldn’t like them. This one is super sturdy , Milo scratches it with passion and sleeps on it.
