This house is amazing and now the hamster has settled in she uses all the tubes the little house and the ladders ..she’s all over the place keeping fit . I did remove the wheel as it wasn’t round from the packaging and I got a wheel from a pets store better for hamsters ans it fitted great free standing (and silent:0)
The tubes came with no instructions but we followed the picture in colours on the box and it worked well. The tubes are easily taken apart for cleaning too

Awful, don’t waste your time

Really wish I’d read the reviews before buying, it was a nightmare, bent out of shape and a nightmare to put together and when I finally did I realised how unsuitable, flimsy and just plain awful this cage was, the platforms are no way big enough for a hamster, he’d of had hardly any room to turn around in one plus they just clip on with just a couple of cr*ppy plastic bits either end meaning the middle isn’t secure at all, not strong enough to stay put, the cage feels like it barely balances on the base and one wrong move it pops out of the base, this would not of survived a climbing hamster!! He definitely would of escaped had I of put him in it! Nothing seems to line up properly and it is incredibly badly made, I was given a full refund, but from time of purchase to refund was such a long time and in that time I had to buy a much better home , so was out of pocket for an unreasonable amount of time, please don’t waste your time buying this, they should be taken off the market as they are not suitable for any hamster

Gerbils chewed through everything. Small house was destroyed, every staircase was chewed untill they didnt exist, which ment they relied on tubed to get up and down.. Which were very flimsy and also chewed through untill they wouldnt clip together.

The plastic platforms were impossible to work with and popped off constantly.

Their was no depth to the cage to allow comfort for them and made the sawdust get everywhere.. It toom me 2 and a half hours to clean the cage and the area around it.
Never written a review before but felt since we bought this at Christmas time and we are already buying a new cage.. I would NOT suggets wasting £75 for this. Gutted!

No instructions, the roof doesn’t have any clips so just rests on too. We’ve had to hold it together with our own equipment.

No proper instructions came with it, the large tunnels had no instructions at all. Just clicks together but my advice is to tie wrap the sections together. I'll let you know if we find the missing hamster.

Set it up today was a bit awkward to set up and some of the shelves don’t sit where they are meant to because some of the bars came bent. The wheel slides along the bars it doesn’t stay in place but it’s in a small section so can’t move too far. Water bottle constantly drips meaning water doesn’t stay in it for long and the bottom of the cage gets soaked I’m going to have to buy a separate water bottle. Cage is sturdy but I have an issue with the ‘roofs’ because they just sit on they aren’t secure or attached anywhere.
