Having the original doddle bear as a child, this brings back memories. Paw patrols chase comes in an open front box, so you can see exactly what you're getting. It shows you exactly what you can do, draw and colour with the pens provided and then pop in the wash, ready to be played with again. You get 3 coloured pens to use which work well making marks and showing up on the white paw shapes all over chases body. Where the whole rest of him is quite dark, brown and blue, not much else really shows up, so a slight draw back there. Due to the material its made of, the ink doesnt fully dry and kind of just sits there, so ends up smudging and all over childrens hands and arms. On the packaging, it says art materials can stain, perhaps its just a disclaimer, but surely it shouldn't stain if it's intended to wash off the teddy. Chase is a good size, well filled and looks exactly how its ment to. The stitching does look abit strained all over every part of it, maybe a little too much filling, but the stitching is clearly visible all over. Machine washable at 30 degrees and air dry. It's nice children can do something they usually aren't able to do; draw all over their teddy/toy, so it's best to explain this is a special teddy and it's the only one they're able to do this to, otherwise they might think it's okay to do this to all the others. It's okay, just not something I would repurchase.

Stitching looks strained

I put Chase through the washing machine and all the pen marks washed cleaned off. Although the instruction label advises against it, I also tumble dried it, as it would have taken ages to dry otherwise. It emerged from it's tumble dry completely unscathed. The pens have a paw patrol themed design on them which is a nice touch. It's an okay toy and it's a good likeness of Chase. My daughter loved scribbling all over it. I was a bit less impressed with it over all, the pen just went everywhere my daughter took the dog.
It's o.k but very uninspiring

The toy only comes with three pens, one of which is blue. This seems a bit pointless to me, considering the majority of the toy is also blue. The dog is covered in paw prints to colour in. It's all a bit boring and samey if I'm being honest. There's absolutely no room for creativity or design. Most of the pup is made of a shiny synthetic material and the ink just sits on the surface of the fabric and doesn't seem to ever dry. Consequently the pen rubs off on to everything and I ended up with a bright red toddler. Good news though! The pen does wash off.By Richard on 4 July 2022

The markers are coming as a set of 3 - blue, red and yellow.
The plush toy can be washed,which is good.
It overall looks like a Chase ,but doesn't really look like on the cartoon.
The plush toy is not good quality at as well.
After you paint it and wash it , you can see that the material is not good.
The toy is filled up with material,which looks like hairs and after washing it started coming out of the toy.
When my little one cuddles the toy, the hairs get everywhere on his clothes, which is not good at all.
Overall it is a good idea, but the quality is not what I was hoping for.
