I needed a microwave to fit in my baby sterilisers but this one is too small. Not enough clear information listed for microwaves in general when it comes to external/internal sizes. Internal dimensions are NOT the dimensions of what you can fit in, as the wheel disk and plate must also go in.
Microwave manufacturers need to be more clear about this information.
Selling websites need to have more search options to narrow down these choices.

I used to own one of these before but without the grill. I purchased this because I wanted the versatility of an additional grill. The microwave does what it says and it does it very well. No complaints at all. The defrost function is particularly good. However, the grill is slow. It's a poor substitute for the real thing. It does the job, but it's a long wait. However, the microwave is still a great buy. Just don't have high expectations of the grill.

Inaccurate size data - too small even for a compact oven

Panasonic’s website states the internal height is 21.5cm. It’s not, it’s more like 16cm from the turntable to the top of the inside. The 21.5cm is the maximum internal dimension, from the floor to the inside of a recess than only covers half the ceiling, so anything rotating will foul it. Even for a compact microwave, this has an unacceptably small actual usable cooking area. Returned.

Better than a standard microwave only oven, as it has a grill too, but don't expect too much from it, as it's really only to brown/crisp up food after microwave cooking. Takes over 30 mins to grill 4 sausages, and 20 mins to grill bacon, but the microwave is fast and easy to use.

Grill is pointless

very expensive for what looks like a 1980s microwave. Very clunky, you cannot add a minute on if you run out of time. You have to cancel, reset and type the time back in. The grill is pointless. Do not buy for the grill. Took 12 minutes to grill one side of bread. Was doing cheese on toast but the cheese didnt melt and eventually the edges went brown. You need to balance something ontop of the metal grill part to get it as close to the grill part as possible but even then, it takes ages! Very expensive to just use as a microwave and what looks like a cheap 1990s version!

I wanted a full combination microwave but I’m short on space, so I went for this instead. It’s a good compromise, being small but with more functionality than a standard microwave. I thought I’d use the grill setting more, but you have to meet a certain weight threshold to use it and one sausage roll doesn’t make it. I also emailed them as I was confused about the option to use all three cooking modes one after the other when you can’t use the metal rack on microwave but do need it for one of the other ones. I haven’t had a reply, so that’s disappointing. It works excellently as a microwave however. Easy controls and good power at 800W. I don’t regret buying it, but I do wish I had the space for a proper combination oven.

Does everything we want...

This is a replacement for a very old Panasonic microwave that we have had for at least 25 years and cost Ten Times the asking price of this model. To be honest apart from the slightly lightweight feel to the casing and the slightly smaller size this does everything that our old microwave did...like the small grill and rack.
So far this new model is proving very good although the interior has a recessed area that will need an extra clean from time to time. The silver casing is attractive and the side air vents allow for better ventilation of the unit. I’m sure the fact it is from a tried and tested manufacturer will prove a bonus.

Fills with condensation

It works fine,including producing decent baked potatoes,but it fills with condensation.
I have used reams of kitchen towel mopping it out and find it annoying as my previous Panasonic did not have this problem.
I would not buy another but cannot send this back as it actually cooks food
