A competent 8” Android tablet with the added bonus of being set up for kids.

First thoughts:ProsAndroid Go v10 (a far better experience than older iterations).A reasonably fast processor.32GB storage and expansion options.IPS screen for better visibility when viewing from off-centre.Silicone bumper/stand is included.ConsPrice point is a little high given the spec, but this can possibly be quantified by the pre-installed, kid-friendly app system.No folder system was set up for the internal storage so I couldn’t access pictures by connecting the tablet to a laptop.At its core this is a perfectly usable Android tablet for adults or family use. Where this really makes sense is that it has pre-installed child friendly apps, child dashboard, safety and parental controls ready to use straight out of the box. As an example, you can launch the child dashboard and it won’t allow you to access Google Assistant or even drop back to the normal Android home screen without completing a fairly easy mathematical sum as a way of gateway back to the normal dashboard.
