I bought these "Oral-B" CrossAction toothbrush heads back in April 2016, 8 in total. I also bought the x8 Precision Clean one at the same time, which I have used up. Both are sold by Oral-B. The problem I found with these CrossAction ones are, 1) I have not noticed the Oral-B logo to fade away like the Precision Clean ones when I used the Precision Clean ones. 2) The CrossAction one has consistently given me sore gums when it's new out of the package. I have regular dentist visits and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my gums. 3) This is my third CrossAction toothbrush heads that had stopped rotating fully only after 3-4 weeks of use. 4) I have had on one occasion where my lip was bitten by the toothbrush head. 5) The blue colour brush at the other edge is supposed to fade away from top to bottom to a white colour, to indicate that you should change your brush. This CrossAction one does not change in colour. In conclusion, I think the authenticity of these toothbrush heads is questionable. Having said that, it has received many good reviews. Which makes me wonder if Oral-B or the importer had missed the fake batch. Unfortunately, it's so hard to know if you're buying a genuine product or not. I can only say what I had bought cannot be genuine, since I've been using Oral-B toothbrush for 18 years and had never encountered the above issues.

I am giving one star just because I can't give less! So upsetting to see that after just a week (I received the item on the 3rd of January and I am writing the review on the 10th), the bristles split up like that! I was so happy with the original head that came with the toothbrush that I didn't even think for a second to buy non original ones... I wish I did!

Following a bit of a bol*ocking from my dentist, I bought these as needed replacements for my old seldom-used electric toothbrush (prefer a manual In the past I've opted for ones with special tips, whitening, and other fancy bits, but find nothing cleans as well as these, and a reasonable price also!

As other reviewers have questioned the authenticity of these, I made sure I was buying from Amazon, rather than a 3rd party seller, so definitely the real deal - and identical to the old ones.

There are two systems out there ... the Philips with the long heads and Oral B with the round heads .... The only problem is the heads are relatively expensive. So if you are looking for some replacement (mine last a month or two) then buying them from Amazon in packs like this make them most cost effective and the way forward. They are genuine and good quality so nothing to be concerned about.

I would recommend this brush head because out of all of the oral-b brush-heads i have tried, this is the one with the least wear after prolonged use. The other brush heads that i tried would have bent bristles after a few days of use however this one even after months of almost regular use has hardly worn the bristles. For that reason this is my favourite oral-b brush head. As well as the reason that it has its own features that allow you to brush your teeth at numerous angles due to the shape of the head.

I have been using Oral-B electric tooth brushes for many years now and always looking out for best offers on the toothbrush heads, based on the recommendation by oral-b i replace mine every 3 months, buying a pack of 8 means these will last me two years unless the blue bristles on the brush head is very faded then i replace sooner, but find i don't need to replace them any earlier than 3 months. based on the price i paid for 8, it works out just below £2 per brush head with is not too bad in my opinion as these will last me two years.

I went for the mailbox fit simply as these were the cheapest at the time and on offer directly from amazon, meaning they come in a white box packaged in a padded envelope designed to fit through the letterbox which is ideal if you are not home allot as they can be posted through the letterbox.

I have noticed multiple reviews mentioning if the are genuine oral-b brush heads, i purchased mine directly from amazon (meaning they were sold by and despatched by amazon, NOT a third party seller), i can confidently say i have no reason to believe these are fakes. They appear to be exactly the same as my previous ones which i purchased from the supermarket. There is nothing to indicate to me they are fake, i did a very thorough check comparing my last purchased heads from supermarket to the ones received by amazon and they appear to be exact same. My advice would be to buy directly from amazon if in doubt.

I personally choose the cross action brush heads simply as the bristles are angled in different directions and feel this will get in all the harder to reach areas and clean better although whether it actually does or not i do not know, however my mouth/teeth/gums always feels squeaky clean and fresh afterward so no complaints from me.

I would happily recommend the oral-b cross action toothbrush heads and would always recommend keeping an eye out for offers.

[Packaging] - Nicely packaged, each head is individually wrapped so easy to store individually.

[Quality] - These seem like authentic Oral-B toothbrush heads. I like this variation of the bristles as I feel like it cleans better and lasts longer.

[Price] - I think the price is reasonable, would have been better if maybe slightly cheaper, but you get 8 brush heads which last me and my husband for a decent while.
