The tub is not full to the brim when opened, why is that?

This is completely normal and is to do with the way the powder is vacuum packed into the tub. The powder settles over time. This does not impact the weight or number of servings listed on the label.

I don’t write reviews but hope in doing so this time, someone will reach out to me for the injustice.

I buy this product & many of its range very very often. Today on opening the product from its purchase in 18/12/2020, it is half empty. The large tea spoon illustrates this as a measurement (pictures aren’t always so helpful). It was sealed as normal & I understand it will be an assembly issue. I request - can something be done to support me please.
