I always have whey isolate chocolate flavour but this time something is not quite right. Taste is awful and not sure if it is the real product or some fake powder. The label peels off really easily which made me feel suspicious. Usually I’m quite cool with any flavour but this one gives me 🤮

This Chocolate taste is not good. I already opened it, so I had to then use it. The Optimum Nutrition Vanilla flavour is much better, tastes really nice. If you still want to buy Chocolate flavour or have already bought it then there are some below tips to use it.

Protein Shake: 2 * scoops of Protein powder -

1: In Water (Not a good taste)
2: Water & Semi-skimmed Milk (Tastes okay)
3: Semi-skimmed Milk (Tastes better)
4: Vanilla*1 scoop & Chocolate*1 in Milk (Tastes much better)

Whey Isolate v Concentrate:

Whey Protein "Isolate" digest quicker than Whey Protein "Concentrate". While Whey Concentrate is good for someone on a restricted diet. It will make you feel full for longer, acts as a meal replacement. But you may also feel bloated for hours with Whey Concentrate.

Whereas, you won't feel that with Whey Isolate. You can also have a meal afterwards. Both are good but it's entirely up to your personal preference.
