It’s a lovely tablet, nicest to hold and to use that I have ever owned, but that’s the best bit of it. It has either a crap antenna or a crap decoder. Nearly every time I turned the screen on, I had to restart the tablet, reinitialize the WiFi, restart the software, it’s a pain in the ass. I cannot be bothered with that nonsense at my age. There is no excuse for it to keep falling off the network.
It’s a great shame, but if it’s not going to be reliable now, what’s it going to be like in a year or two? No connection to any WiFi signal at all? It’s a risk that I was not prepared to take for the cost of this unit. I may try again with another unit at a later time and see if I get a more stable one, but this one is done.
In short, I love this tablet, but this particular unit is not up to the job. It has been Factory Reset and shut down, and has been returned to Amazon.
