Fishkeeper of over 30 years... Unknown to me my water supplier has added ammonium recently and I had to rush to find something that would work, as safe water changes out of the question. Added this and soon fish were happy and swimming normally.

This does not remove ammonia it deactivates it which means it will still read on a test. Anyone moaning about testing positive for ammonia does not understand how this product works.

This an effective all in one water treatment for a tropical or cold water aquarium.

I use it in my 64l tank particularly during water changes - and I and my fish are very pleased.

Testing shows the water quality stays consistently good, the pH is buffered and water clarity is excellent.

I have previously used multiple API and Tetra products but will continue to use this instead. I have no complaints.

Thought I would give this product a try as it was the first time I had seen it available on Amazon. Prior to this I used a combination of other water treatments after weekly water changes. I was always slightly puzzled why the water was always still a bit milky - even after a few hours it still wasn't 100% clear. However, once I tried this product within an hour the water was amazingly crystal clear. This now saves me buying a multitude of individual expensive products. Finally it has everything your fish needs in one cost effective water treatment. Pablo my Oscar is very happy... Thank-you.

Ok, so I had this product before and it came with a black lid. Used it throughout and been very good. Once fin I ordered the same product but came in a white lid/cap. Done my reg thing and added this after water change. Next morning I lost about 6/7 fishes. This was the first time I used the new bottle. Left me shocked as I didn't know what had caused it. Checking water parameters it was fine. Ammonia/nit was at level so suspected it could have been this new water conditioner but overlooked it as I didn't think this could cause it. I still had a little bit from the old bottle left so going forward the next couple weeks I just used that out of fear thinking what if it was the new water conditioner. Anyhow all seemed well until yest, when I realized I was completely out of solution from the first bottle so used the recommend dose from the new bottle. In the morning I lost around 20 fishes inc some I had for a long while. I am no expert but I had these fishes for a while now and they have been fine. The only 2 times they have died within the space of 2 month is when I used THIS PRODUCT. I may be totally wrong but my pics speaks alot. Please do your research before buying this. I remember 2 other people leaving reviews say the same thing and I thought they were prob just unlucky. Well I found out the hard way.
