This is good value for money considering you get everything you need and the pump even looks quite modern and tasteful with a tiny power draw. It's certainly not silent however and honestly I found the amount of bubbles this put out to be overkill for my 120L tank. I solved both problems with a clip on the hose, which restricted the air flow making less bubbles and weirdly, the pump fell completely silent. Prior to the clips it was disappointingly noisy, but now it's good as gold. If they included some clips in the box I'd give it five stars, but considering this pump is great, but did require a bit of DIY, I've docked it down to four for its "out of the box" performance. Grab this pump by all means, it's great, but do yourself a favour and grab a couple of clips at the same time.

So far , so good. I bought this pump after realised my filter wasn't great an oxygen on the fish tank and one off my Oranda fish died. I feel upset when my fish died. So, I decided to buy this pump to see how it is goes. A little bit DIY to build a small shelf to put the pump. Easy to install. Slightly noisy but it wasn't big deal. My husband tied up the pump to avoid vibration on the top the shelf. Fish seems happy :)))
