Well, in fact, lots of things. The story started great but then gradually got worse and worse. The shock twist, which wasn’t really a shock for me but more confusion than anything, towards the end was very random. It didn’t make sense and just made the interesting product description fall completely flat.
I wouldn’t really recommend reading this as although there’s a very interesting description, it was poorly planned out in my opinion.
A highly recommended read, having read the previous books I knew that this would be amazing, cannot wait for the next one
I also found the red herrings that were inserted into the plot to point fingers at various characters were somewhat grating and far too obvious. Plus the author seems to have Cardiff confused with rural North Wales in terms of culture, names and accents.
Disappointed in this one.
Mary Ellis receives a list of name of people who will die and when. Including her own name. She must figure out how she's connected to the other victims without revealing her own secrets.
BUT why do soo many characters have bobs !?? - ‘impossibly bouncy, ’ swishy’ ‘, caramel’
& also seem to’ suddenly be ravenous’ , all the team seem to eat is fry ups & cakes too, 😅
