This muscle board folds out and will allow you to target multiple areas using only your body weight, which is great as not everybody can afford top of the line gym equipment.
The grip handles can be slotted into the correlating colours dependent on which area of the body you want to focus on. I would have liked the handles to have a bit more padding as they can hurt your hands after a number of reps.
I've tried the board out and found that a lot of the exercises were activating my chest, more than the areas they claimed to target, which is understandable as a push up is mainly going to hit your chest any way, and this is OK for me as my main focus for a push up is the chest.
Another issue I have is with how stable the grips are as you move them towards the center of the board. I've found myself wobbling a few times.
All in all a decent push up board for the price of £9.99, which was the cost at time of writing, but it does have a couple of flaws.

The way I see how it works is unfold it and matching the colours up to exercise different parts of the body some of it still works chest and back even though you switch it to shoulders or triceps. Great for the home gym and has equal angles so you don't have a deformed body on one side. It's great.

We have not scored this 5 stars because even though it is functional and can be used without issues this does feel a little more cheap and cheerful than others we’ve tried and doesn’t feel as robust and well made. - especially the handles. It is cheaper so this comes down to your budget. If price is your only driver then this is worth a look, else you might find better and more solid feeling units for a little more money.
As you can see in the video the handles don't sit perfectly still on the board. So when you are putting your body weight onto the handles, you always have that niggling dought that your wrists might just put out to the side a little, and then the handles might pop out too and you end up with a bad wrist injury or something. Of course this doesn't happen, but because the handles do rattle a little from side to side it just makes you feel abit worried of an injury.
My second problem (which I find worse than the first) is the handle grips.. All there is between your hands and the solid plastic is an ultra thin layer of rubber. After just a few reps my palms started hurting, not from the pushups, from the solid plastic digging into each hand.
So I thought "no big deal, I'll just have to wear comfortable gym gloves whilst using this".. So I did and yes finally I can do more sets and reps, but my palms still start hurting because of all my body weight going through my palms onto two solid plastic handles. So it's kind of put me off using it much now because of hurting palms. Think I prefer just doing pushups on the floor carpet, and just varying how wide you push your arms out etc..
And I love the board design as well. I love how it has colour coded the different positions you can put the handles as to what body parts your pushups can be training..
I never knew that you are actually training some of your back whilst doing pushups! I Thought pushups were just for training your chest, Triceps and shoulders, not your back as well! I knew that in order to have a strong bench press, you need your opposite side- your back to be strong too. But varying your pushup positions can strengthen your back too! Brilliant!
Let's not skip leg day or pushup day too then lads! (: (:
I think I would give this a 4 or 5 stars if the handles had a better, thicker and more comfortable grip on them. And if the handles fitted snuggly into each hole on the board. But as they are making my palms hurt, and I don't feel 100% injury safe when using it, I unfortunately have to give it a 3 star rating for me..
