I received this phone yesterday afternoon and spent maybe an hour transferring data etc from my previous Motorola (G7 Play). The G7 was starting to get a bit slow and glitchy so a replacement/upgrade seemed appropriate.
The G31 looks and feels like a good choice, smooth when flicking through webpages, some nice new features, more memory onboard, a big beautifully clear screen, a protective cover that the G7 didn't offer me, a small car-charging adapter, all-in-all a good deal. Some of the new features, like the side-mounted fingerprint sensor might take a bit of getting used to so I will revisit my review in a few weeks and update my comments.
NOTE: The one obvious downside, however, is that this particular "Amazon exclusive" model comes with a European two-pin charger, not the three-pin UK I would have expected. Looking at the webpage again the only reference to the phone having the wrong plug is in one of the "buyer's questions" and because of the way the Q's andA's are formatted you don't get to see the complete reference until you click on the answer itself, and how often do you read every buyer's question and every answer?
