We looked at quite a few of these - some well known brands are really quite expensive for what they are and festooned with gaudy colours and battery operated lights / sounds. This one is perfect and our little one (six months now) loves it. It’s large, comfortable, well padded, machine washable, has plenty to entertain and is easy on the eye for adults too. If you wish to make your house resemble the inside of a bad nightmare, choose one of the readily available tasteless alternatives. We *all* like this one.

I wasn't sure on what to rate this. The item is lovely and has calm colours which fit my furnishing (so bad of me! I know) however this did not catch my sons interest. I added a few colourful toys and still my son wasn't interested which makes me think the issue is with my son. I was able to use this item for around 5 weeks only and throughout that I washed it 3 times and had no issues with it. It is very easy to remove wash and reassemble.

I wanted a soft playmat for my 6 week old baby without breaking the bank and one that didn’t have the bright plastic look. This is pricier than others but looks great, is well padded, feels super soft and has plenty there to keep baby entertained whilst I grab a drink. It’s also good for tummy time/rolling as I don’t have to worry about him hurting himself on something rigid. The overhead arch comes off so easy to throw the mat in the washing machine. You can hang your own toys too and most of the toys that come with it detach easily. Highly recommend.

My baby son loves this mat. It is very soft , non-slippery and the details and patterns on it are amazing. I found my son often turns on his tummy to touch the different fabrics, pull on the toy hangers that are sawed into the mat, or grab one of the 3D details of the animals or the rattle toy. The toys on the arches are also really nice as well and there is plenty of room to add more if you would like, although the three that come with the mat are plenty. Finally, the mat is padded, so good for the winter months but, in my opinion, it could have been a bit ticker. This is the reason I am only giving it 4 stars.

I bought this for a gift for my cousin and his girlfriend for my new baby niece. Admittedly when the product arrived my cousin noticed one of the supports was broken. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement support straight away which was fantastic so i have not let this affect my rating. The product looks brilliant and feels quality. It's really soft and more importantly it's kept my little niece occupied for hours so i highly recommend!

This item is beautiful! After searching for various different designs and being undecided as to get a baby gym, activity mat or sit me up I settled on this and I'm so happy.. so is the little one! It is more of a green and beige than grey but it's so lovely. Although there's only 3 hanging toys, the mat on its own will be great for tummy time with different textures and things to pull on and explore. It's also bigger than many other high street designs. I would definitely recommend this over anything I've bought from the branded baby stores previously!
