I doubt there's a parent out there that isn't familiar with the yellow cream of wonder.

It seems to work fast at any sores and nappy rash. It even temporarily helped with some eczema once* (*not recommended by manufacturer, we were just at that breaking point in our minds and will try anything stage)

The only cons? It's a little bit whiffy, like hospital type smell. It will stain your life and everything in it. It's alive..... You remove the lid
.. And without even touching it, if you make accidental eye contact it will squirm out of the tube on its own devices like a yellow snake of doom and gets everywhere. Everywhere. It will. Find you... And your dawg too

Bought this after many recommendations and seeing other reviews.
Minutes after applying our daughter started crying uncontrollably. Thought she needed a feed etc so tried all other possibilities before thinking it could be the cream. No more than 15mins after applying we went back to check and her bum had already started to blister!
We used less than a pea sized amount which is stated on the instructions. This is way too harsh for baby’s skin and they can not communicate that to you. It may well clear up the rash in a few hours/days, but how painful/uncomfortable is it for your baby in the mean time? I wish I had never purchased.

I am sadly bed bound and get skin infections very easily, anywhere where skin touches skin, or skin rubs on sheets, or where skin gets hot and sweaty, back of my ankles, elbows, thighs etc, this cream takes away all the rawness, stops it feeling sore and gets rid of the redness overnight, even my worst infections have cleared in 48 hours. It has prevented much worse infections and ensured I’ve never had a bed sore, as soon as my skin is even slightly red I smooth over a fine layer and by morning all signs of flare ups are gone. I also used it on my babies who had supper sensitive skin and it would clear up all nappy rash just as quickly as it works for me now. I always ensure I have a tube in the house, magical cure all. Please be aware a little goes a very long way and it is messy transferring onto clothes and sheets etc every time but is easily washed out and doesn’t cause any permanent staining. Well worth it to stop skin infections in their tracks.

This is hands down, the best nappy cream you can get. My little lad had a sore bum after a bout of tummy sickness and after multiple changes (and I mean 7-8 a day!) his bottom got really really sore and red raw. Received this yesterday. Spread a thick barrier on him and he woke up today with a clear bottom again. Well worth the money and everyone with a baby should keep this in the house. I wouldn't use daily, the consistency is very thick and hard to wash off your hands. That's my personal opinion. This is something you use when all other creams have failed.

It's a miracle ointment. forget about that well known brand advertised everywhere. It did not work for us at all. This stuff just works.

Use it regularly as a very thin layer after cleaning up, as prevention. It acts as a barrier for the next time and avoids getting rashes. When there is a rash, it prevents it getting worse from and helps with the quick recovery. A single tube lasts ages.

The best nappy rash ointment we have used so far! Together with cotton pads and boiled water to clean baby’s skin instaed of wipes works miracles on babys bottom. We also used hair dryer on the lowest temperature setting to dry the skin thoroughly. As much time as possible without a nappy will be good too. Redness dissapears within 2-3 days.

My daughter gets really bad nappy rashes on her bum and sudocream is ok but doesn't really help it. This stuff is incredible! It calms down The rash, clears it up and even cools the burning. I can't recommend it enough. This stuff is that good that I'd happily pay double the price knowing how good it is. No other cream we've used is nearly as good as this.

Nappy rash gone almost immediately

I was using the normal metanium cream and then my son developed nappy rash (thank-you teething). After a day his rash started to clear and between 2-3 days completely cleared. I now use this at the first sign of redness to keep it at bay.

The cream is yellow and sticks to your fingers like glue so make sure you have extra baby wipes to hand before applying so you don’t accidentally get it on your face. It also smells a bit funky but only when applying - unless you get it on your face your not going to notice the smell once the nappy goes on your little one.

This is our go to cream for nappy rash as unlike a lot of alternative s this works and it works quickly.
Firstly don't be put off by the rather toxic nuclear waste esque colour and texture! It has no real smell to it.
Apply to the red area and we have found it is usually cleared up by the following day. It really is great stuff.
As you only need a small amount a single tube will last for months.
Well recommended for all parents; we put a tube in first time parent packs for friends and family!

My poor boy had a run of bad nappy rash... I tried sudocreme and bepanthem and neither one were giving him any relief. He cried every time we changed him it was so sore
My sister recommended this and it's bloomin brilliant! I don't know how it works but it just kind of dries it all out.
I ended up making what I called a bit of a trifle on his bottom where this was the custard and sudocreme on top was the whipped cream (no sprinkles though). Worked absolute wonders and it was all gone in about 2 days! Would absolutely recommend this!
