I bought this bag for my sons Xmas present last year and it has had very little use since we have been locked down for 7 months. as you will see the strap has come away and it has rendered the bag pretty useless for my son who started back at school in August, it doesn't have anything particularly heavy in it either, contacted amazon and they advised that there is nothing that they can do due to statutory buyer rights it has had sufficient use as a bag. What a joke!
