Purchased to supplement a Boots re-usable gel pack that can be stored permanently
in a freezer.

This gel pack should only be left in the freezer for 1 hour and my wife uses it to relieve itching particularly during the night and cannot predict when she might need it. Permanent storage in the freezer for use when needed is therefore required.

I am returning unused for that reason.

A sturdy piece of kit which doesn’t burst in the microwave like most for sale on Amazon tend to do, but the sleeve that it comes with doesn’t have any Velcro ties… so using it on my legs is made unnecessarily awkward because I either have to hold it against the injured area which is not ideal or position my leg on it and then not moving for the next 10 mins or so
