Cheap 75Hz display with some sacrifices

Pros:
-75Hz refresh rate for less than £100
-24inch panel
-VESA mount
-Joystick for OSD is very easy to use and convenient
-Tilt adjust
-Freesync

Cons:
-Not amazing image or colour quality (good enough for me though)
-Bezels are far too thick
-Rear shield for plugging in hdmi and power cord appears not be properly secured on my model and pushes into the monitor when I insert cables
-No height adjust and plastic construction doesn't look great, but does feel pretty sturdy

Overall:
For £90 it's a bargain for anyone who wants a decent monitor for gaming or general computer use. 75Hz and freesync at this price are hard to come by, and the cons listed are inevitable considering what you get for the price.

Sharp picture but shocking awful colour balance

Really disappointed with this screen. Picture sharpness is good but the colour balance is awful and can't be fixed by adjusting the settings. Has really poor white balance which can't be adjusted which causes the colour to appear washed out with a real lack of saturation. Even turning the brightness down you get this horrible over exposed back lit type effect. I bought to replace a 4 year old Acer screen which just gave up the ghost. Looked good value but reality is the price was too good to be true. I would give it a miss if I was choosing again. Guess I've just got to get used to it now.

Just got this today. Was delivered very quickly. Easy to set up. The brightness was up full for some reason but i sorted it out with the easy and intuitive controls and soon had a better picture. My xbox one recognised the new monitor and made some adjustments of it's own. I played fo76 briefly and I was impressed with the difference in quality when compared to my TV screen. The TN screen is what I expected in terms of viewing angles, but I'm using it for gaming so no issues. The colour is good for a TN and the blacks make a sharper image possible. 1ms response is awesome. Can't complain. I'm a happy Gamer 👍

Happy with my purchase. It was not as straightforward setting up but in the end everything works. The tricky bits - the sound going off on the laptop when the monitor was connected, but that was because of the default setting for the sound to be via the monitor with headphones. There was a setting on my laptop to choose where to have the sound. I normally set it to my laptop every morning.
The other tricky bit was the one button on the monitor for everything. Took a little figuring out but got there. Everything works well. The colours and clarity are fine. Now that it is working well, it gets 5 stars, but 4 overall just because of the trouble earlier. For completeness I believe screen dimensions should be added. The screen area is 18.34 inches by 10.5 inches. Plus the border is 20 inches by 12 inches. Diagonal screen - 21.5 inches, Diagonal including border 23 inches.

Basic desktop with only one button that works like a joystick. Didn’t find an info that it included an HDMI cable and unnecessarily ordered a separate one. It’s a perfect screen for working from home now we are on lockdown. Happy with it as well as fast delivery.

Excellent quality external monitor I'm using for work. Easy to attach to a monitor stand and very lightweight. My eyes don't feel tired after looking at this all day! The only challenge I've had so far is I couldn't get Netflix to play over the external monitor. I would plug in the HDMI and my computer screen and monitor screen showed a black screen with a pause button but the movie would be playing because I could hear it through my laptop speakers. I'd unplug the HDMI and it would show up in full color on the laptop. Then I'd plug in the HDMI again and it would go black again on both screens. Not sure that the issue is with this monitor though. Could very well be an issue with Netflix or my Chromebook because YouTube and other videos are working fine on the external monitor and the quality of the video is very good. I'll update the review if I find out this was related to the monitor but assuming it's not I'm giving it 5*

I bought this cheap from Amazon Warehouse (£80) , and if i was reviewing at that price....... great cheap budget monitor that just about does what it says on the box.

Unfortunetly i need to review this with the correct retail price in mind, and also what market it was produced for.
With all that all i can say is this is a very cheap plastic looking monitor with what can only be described as a very cheap and poor quality screen. The fact it even has the cheek to say its a "gaming" monitor is a joke at best.

Price is everything here like most budget monitors, and this monitor is nothing but budget,just make sure the price reflects that when you buy it.

Second one of these monitors purchased and both work great with dual screen setup. Monitor is very lightweight and image quality is excellent on HDMI and ok on VGA with a decent quality cable (although much better with HDMI as can use more features).

Only slight niggles are that it doesn't feel hugely sturdy (although other than the feel it does actually seem fine for that) and may be better with DVI instead of VGA for second input. Don't use for gaming so cannot really comment on that but seems to work well with high res animation development.

Great monitor for gaming. Always played on TV only thing held me off with monitors was the smaller picture but decided to go for it and try it out. Playing on my xbox one x only disappointment was after plugging in the hdmi it worked perfect so left it on and had to pop out and on returning it was a blank screen, sometimes it would day no signal then sometimes hdmi out of range. After hours of on YouTube and google trying to find something and sort the problem I got nowhere at all with it. Had to then buy an adaptor for VGA to hdmi and plug it in through that port. All has worked perfect since but still not sure why it wont work straight through the hdmi. *edit as it works straight through HDMI now!!
