    I have been recovering from illness at home and have been wanting to buy this product for a while but it is very expensive. I finally caved, and am very disappointed with the result. Not only are there at least 3 missing main parts, which means I can’t even try to finish it, but some very main parts, the brown circle parts pictured, are made faulty and so don’t actually attach to the base. This means the whole Lego structure is unbuildable. And to make things worse, when I tried to enquire about getting the faulty and missing parts sent to me or for an agreement to be reached, as this has been such an inconvenience especially to someone recovering from Illness, I found no way to do this. The only option available is return, which off course means a long time before I get a refund and that I had to spend time taking apart parts what I already built. I would expect better service at least, from a large company such a Lego, and definitely better quality control.

    Lovely product, bits of it (the 4 layers at the bottom) seemed over complicated.
    The instructions seemed to run out of steam at the end and the last bit wasn't clear how to attach the soil. Nothing for them to hook onto. Overall a bit disappointed compared to previous "Statue of Liberty" and "San Francisco"
