These are really great if you suffer from migraines or bad headaches, and it's good to have another alternative to taking medication, pain relief etc.
Each one lasts for hours and they definitely do give some relief and feel really cooling and refreshing for when you have that accumulation of heat and tension in your head.
I used to buy packs of four strips intended for migraines which worked out quite expensive although I considered them worth it, but then I found these and did the maths and these work out a LOT cheaper per strip (from memory, about half the price?) and are pretty much identical in every way, and almost exactly the same size as well.
Not everybody would want to wear one of these stuck to their forehead when they are at work or out and about so for most people they would be most useful at home and rely on something like a 4head menthol stick when at work, but tbh migraines can be so awful that..just do what you have to do!! I know how debilitating and awful migraines can be so I hope these help you!
