These towels are great quality and one is usually enough for drying hands adequately.
However, actually getting one towel at a time is tricky. The towels are not only interfolded, but also connected via perforations. This results in long strings of towels coming from the dispenser, instead of coming away singularly. Left to their own devices, my grandsons manage to pull the towels in a constant stream from the dispenser, which is obviously down to the way the towels are interconnected.
I bought the better quality towels hoping to reduce wastage, associated with cheaper towels, owing to the need for two or three to effectively dry your hands. In practice at least two towels usually come from the dispenser at a time, even when drawn out carefully, so overall a much more expensive solution with the same amount of wastage.
I have gone back to cheaper Z fold versions, which seem to work far better, coming out singularly, under easy control.
Overall much more cost effective :)
