I wanted a functional (but not basic) bag/rucksack to hold work and personal stuff not too big but not too small either.
This is perfect, and so far not found anything I don’t like about it.
Has a great wide zip opening at the top so you can access all your bits and pieces and the multiple pockets inside and, the teal coloured lining inside makes it so much easier to see everything - unlike a lot of bags which are black inside!
I’ve not used it yet but, there is a cable/port attached to use with your portable charger as well which I hadn’t realised- extra bonus!
Comfortable to wear and I like the easy access side pockets to hold my phone and a drink.
Overall a great bag for everyday use.

Just received my KROSER backpack after a slight hiccup with a previous order which I am now pleased to say has been resolved.

At first glance the bag looks very well made and of good quality. It's spacious and sturdy and I feel that it will withstand daily use. The outer shell is waterproof. Extremely good external side pockets - these tend to be shallow with most backpacks but these are deep enough and will definitely hold my thermos securely in place. The front pocket is stylishly hidden with a velcro fastened flap which opens up to reveal a zipped, again decent sized pocket for those little bits and bobs that you may want within reach without having to open the main compartment. Inside, well this is the icing on the cake.... more compartments; one for a laptop and another I suppose to use as you please. There is also the main storage area for all other needs including a USB cable that one can attach to a power-bank with the phone connector placed on the external top left of the back, a zipped smaller compartment, pen holding section and two other smaller sections. This backpack has ample storage space, looks stylish and elegant. I just hope that I will get lots of use from it.

This rucksack is amazing. Needed a new one for work that has a lot of room. I like the fact that when you open it, it stays open and doesn’t close in on itself, so this is great when rummaging around inside for whatever you need. Plus you can immediately see everything inside. It has two large roomy compartments for laptops/electronics which are nicely padded, the main compartment is very deep and spacious, I’m astonished at the amount I can fit in, it also has the bonus of a pocket at the bottom on one side that can hold a phone or similar device that can be charged on a power bank as it comes with connecting cable and a slot on the outside to feed the cable through. The lining is also very sturdy. There is a pocket on the outside on both sides that are deep and wide to hold a drinks bottle/umbrella/glasses case etc. It has a velcro pocket which I use to hold less valuable things such as hand sanitizer, plasters, paracetamol (my mini first aid kit) etc. This pocket is also lined. Then there’s a flap which underneath has a zipped pocket, again lined and quite big, again you can put what you like in it. You can choose to carry the rucksack the traditional way on your back, which by the way the straps are sturdy and well padded, or by a handle that also has a piece of leather like material on it that flips back on itself and does up (hard to explain). I purchased the grey colour. This a stylish rucksack, built for the job and good value for money. I’ve even been caught in a downpour and everything stayed dry internally. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

Love this bag superb quality material I absolutely abuse my bags as travel far and have to carry a lot and it has withstood everything and still looks ban new. Opening at the top is so helpful as u can see what u have in your bag clearly and reach everything without having to tip out stuff just to get to one bit. Love the zips as big and sturdy. So pleased with this would recommend to anyone plus straps are fully adjustable and it fits comfortably. Brilliant bag.

Been using the bag for a month now, I love that the bag has a lot of compartments, I can organize and remember where my stuff were located inside the bag. I have yet to use the charger, so can't say anything about that. It is also sturdy and well made. My only complain is the access to the bag, esp when you only got one hand free and you are in a rush, which I am most of the time, you won't be able to open or close it with the bag hanging on your one arm. But I love it just the same. Very good for travelling.

I am IN LOVE with this backpack. I have a very heavy laptop that I have to drag to work everyday and it was a pain to use various bags to say the least. So I've decided to look for a reliance backpack and I'm so glad I've found this one! Very sturdy, fits quite a lot in and it opens widely where I can see everything at once. The only minus is that I can't put other things in right to the top of the bag or it won't close. So the stuff can reach max half of the bag, but it still fits a lot 🥰

I bought this as I am starting to return to work a couple of days a week, and wanted something to replace the multiple bags I used to carry in. This is a really good size and easily carries my lunch, water bottle, milk, cup, laptop, fruit snacks, headphones and on occasion even a spare pair of shoes. I probably could even fit contents of my handbag if I wanted (or could be bothered - I can't). Capacity and style wise I would rate it 5 Starts, only reason I dropped a star is some of the stitching looks suspect and I am not convinced it will last long term.

I got this as I wanted a smart looking back pack tye bag for work and travel. This one looked very smart and had the trolley strap I wanted to secure it to the handle of my whelled carry on bags.

My only real gripe is the zip. It's not attached to the bag and just sticks out on both sides... it completely ruins the aesthetic of the bag and catches on clothing. I'm a bit worried it will snag and break, which will mean everything in the bag is accessible.

Going to London next week so it will have its first proper test...
