Essentially, each of the 9 bars is one of 3 flavours: Toasted Caramel, Dark Chocolate Nut, or Peanut Butter. Each one contains a blend of natural ingredients (primarily peanuts and/or almonds), a soy protein isolate, and flavourings.
Although the bars aren't quite as healthy as they may have you believe, as long as you eat them in moderation there's a lot of good to be said about them. Firstly, they are relatively low in calories (around 250 calories per bar), contain a good amount of healthy fats (due to the nuts mostly), taste absolutely delicious, have a great crunchy texture, and a solid 12grams of plant protein.
Because the bars are so well nutritionally balanced and taste great, as I pointed out at the beginning of the review, they make a great snack whether as a healthy(ish) treat or decent pre/post-gym snack too.

They so come up at nearly 2£ per bar , but I always say: you get what you paid for. Health costs but you either pay for healthy products or for doctor.
I would buy again and I would recommend 👌

I just love these. You never know what to expect when ordering healthy products. Sometimes they may be disgusting. But this product is soooo nice. And it comes with 12 g of protein per bar. That will keep you full for a while. Great for gym 🏋️♂️ 💪 enthusiasts and great for when on the go or traveling.By Sam on 30 May 2022
