Easy to use, handy size to carry and felt great putting the metal on bites. I think it helped to reduce the swelling, redness and itching.

First time I have bought this item rather than the spray, the roller ball mechanism didn't work on either of us, tried using fingertip to move the roller but stuck fast and didn't move.
