Great way to reduce single use plastic ❤️🌎

This is a refill pack of the Johnson’s Baby Shampoo we all know and love. It’s basically in a carton (similar to what you buy juice or milk in). It’s easy to store and the spout makes it easy to transfer the shampoo into your regular bottle.It’s a great idea and an easy way to reduce single use plastic, if more products did this it would impact the needless waste we accumulate each year. In the UK alone we produce two million metric tons of plastic waste I can’t even get my head around how big that figure is!Value for money is better than buying the bottled version, I’ve worked out it is 45p cheaper than my local Tesco so a saving to be had too, the biggest saving though is the planet. Baby shampoo and baby steps towards a better more efficient way of providing goods and reducing plastic, well done Johnson’s!

It’s a great idea and an easy way to reduce single use plastic, if more products did this it would impact the needless waste we accumulate each year. In the UK alone we produce two million metric tons of plastic waste I can’t even get my head around how big that figure is!
Value for money is better than buying the bottled version, I’ve worked out it is 45p cheaper than my local Tesco so a saving to be had too, the biggest saving though is the planet. Baby shampoo and baby steps towards a better more efficient way of providing goods and reducing plastic, well done Johnson’s!

Eco Refill Pack 90% less plastic than two 500ml bottles

This made me laugh. Johnson's has put their shampoo in exactly the same tetrapack carton as my brand of apple juice comes in. What a neat idea to use packaging that is already widely available. The screw cap means the bottle can be resealed after filling up your existing bottle. My only proviso on the bottle would be about storage around young children. As it is just a juice carton they might mistake it for juice if they can reach it in a low cupboard. The shampoo is just regular baby shampoo - nice and gentle with no SLS's. I like that it is Eco friendly but I think if people are really going to adopt reill packs then they need to be a little cheaper than purchasing two regular 500ml bottles.
