This serum works a treat. You apply a small pea-sized amount to your wet hair and it definitely stops it frizzing without making it looking greasy. It also has thermal protection to help protect your hair whilst styling.

What I don't like about this product is the bottle. If you look at the photos, the serum is actually contained inside a kind of test tube within the main bottle. This: 1. makes it look like you are getting much more product than you are, and 2. is putting unnecessary plastic into landfill.
Hence the reason that this product didn't get five stars.

I used to use this years ago when it was in the old designed bottle. Back then it was a smooth serum and one pump went a long way. However now you have to literally apply half a bottle If you have curly/corse hair. It does not really do anything it's just a gimmick really, if I have to use half a bottle each time what's the purpose. I prefer to pay for a more expensive brand such as Mizani which is designed for frizzy hair and works. For the reviews saying it works I can only assume they already have quiet grease prone hair that's silky and therefore any type of serum will work for them but if you have dry hair that's Thick it won't do anything.

this helps untangle frizzy hair easily. Best way to use this serum is just after bath. Its very smooth and not oily so doesn't make hair too greasy. it odour free hence don't hesitate to use it any time. its so effective that a small amount (Pea size) drop is enough for shoulder length hair. You can feel the smoothness even after the application of the serum on your hair. highly recommended.

I have mousy straight hair but it's always a mess. I brush it and then 5 mins later it's all sticking out, strands everywhere, I just don't know what to do to make it sleek and straight. Other than straightening it daily. I was hoping this would be a miracle worker but unfortunately it was not. I would say that it's slightly more straighter but I mean like 5 strands less sticking out or something. Nothing major. It's a shame as I wanted it to work. I've tried varying amounts and I also brush my hair wet before I apply it. It seems a small amount of product for the price as well as the bottle size is deceiving.
I will say though that I haven't found it greasy like some reviewers mentioned. My hair still looked clean not greasy.
Again, there was a SLIGHT improvement so if that's enough for you to go on, try it out!

There were mixed reviews on this product but decided to give it a go.
During lockdown my hair has gone mad. I usually keep my hair in a short style as I have thick curly hair but during lockdown with no haircut for months it’s grown quickly and is wild and frizzy and anyone with curly hair knows that it tends to grow outwards rather than down when shorter. I’ve started to resemble cousin It in the Adams family :) I so miss my hairdresser. Roll on July!!

I tried this and I couldn’t believe the difference. My hair was tamed and not so weighty the product had taken away the frizz and made my hair not so wild. Almost looked normal.
Thank you John Frieda you’re a lifesaver.
Only thing I’ll say is not to use too much. I found a little goes a long way.
Highly recommended.

Best heat protection ever. And it’s even an anti frizz!!!! If you’re on the fence hop off now. Smells lush and so easy to use. Must use on wet hair! After washing, I divide my hair in 4 sections and throughly added 5 pumps to each section and worried it from root to tip. Then I blow dried, and straightened. And if you saw the movement and shine ladies. So gorg!! Will be getting more. Please don’t up the price with inflation xxx it’s not petrol!!
