Purchased this for my first iPad ever after long time hesitating.
To me this product is just as good as original Apple Smart Cover, it feels pretty much the same.
It fits very well onto and iPad (7th gen 10.2) there is no movement and iPad feels safe.
When using as a stand it’s fairly sturdy and iPad feels supported either when watching or typing.
Sleep / wake function works well as expected!

This case is terrible! When I place my iPad into the case only three corners fit, while the bottom left corner does not sit properly in the case. I’ve tried everything to get the case to fit that one corner but it just keeps popping out. I know I ordered the correct size for my iPad as my partner also order the same case for his iPad, and his fits perfectly and we both have the same iPad. If I drop my iPad with this case on it will just fall out. Very disappointed with this case.

This new one that I’ve just had delivered for my new iPad however is very poor.
The old variant of this case had a soft touch(ish), solid case body with a well fitting front cover that fit flush to the top of the iPad.
The main body of this case is made from a semi-transparent, nasty, cheap feeling plastic that I would not trust to save my ipad from any accidental impact.
Also the front cover overhangs the main body by at least 2mm. As well as looking and feeling awful this also promises a future where the edge of the cover is going to end up dog-eared and scabby.
And the best bit is the price. This new, inferior product cost me twice as much as the old, superior model.
Look guys, if you’re going to double the price then I’m going to expect double the quality and be a wee bit more fussy when it comes to accepting cut corners and shoddy manufacturing.
I’ve sent it back and gone with a different company this time around.
