This item kept coming out of the connection pipe from the vacuum cleaner, not as good as the real Henry one, because it’s lightweight it’s harder to use it as Henry vaccums are known for their vacuum suction.

A waste of money as can’t be used for vacuuming….keeps coming off when normal force is applied . Only good for the bin! ☹️

I needed a quick replacement for my Henry hoover so looked for a good whileon Amazon and selected item, having noticed most sellers had the same kind of replacement head for the same price. If you are after a strong but smooth head that glides like a 100% genuine Henry hoover head do not buy this! The head didn't change in suction/brush movement from hard floor or carpet option!. I gave up using it as I didn't think it picked anything up!only thing this hoover head is good for is a step in whilst you wait for the real thing to be delivered ib replacement - you only get what you pay for, right?

This product did not work as my Henry hoover head replacement as it is a knock off and cheap imitation from China.....the picture is black...but i got a grey one that did fit my hoover head......i had much difficulty returning it back as it was not free postage......lastly they did refund me after many email...not worth the hassle....i will go to argos instead

Took ages to remove the original floor tool to fit this. It's smaller than the original one and doesn't work quite as well - tips back when pulling backwards. Didn't return it or complain about it as I couldn't be without a hoover. Something is better than nothing. Bought a different hoover now.

This is the worst thing I have ever bought. 2 for £10 but you will need to use two in a day and then buy more. When you pull the hoover end backwards it bounces back and don’t glide. The brush part is out constant so no gliding across the floor. Load of rubbish, I normally buy direct from Henry but needed something the next day so decided to go with these. Cheap nasty crap, waste of money. Rather a pay a bit more and have the real deal which will last over three years
