Definitely a 5 star product. Arrived promptly and was securely packaged. The cables and thermostat/timer are all excellent quality. It is supplied with a UK plug. The thermostat has 10 settings warm – cool. The timer is extremely easy to use. It is exactly as described but even larger than I expected. The dimensions are 18 inches square. Our cat loves it.

Good product. does the job and keeps my dog sitting there and he loves it.
Warms up good and doesn't get too hot.. So that's a good thing.
Bit scared though abt the cable sleeve though as it plugs into mains and my jack is great at chewing stuff.
Other than that the size and material is good quality.
